Well, I wasn't expecting to stand on my head in my very first yoga class. Next week I will be more prepared - I will not for example, be wearing a loose t-shirt which will then fall down to expose my tummy and my blue and red sparkly bra.

Surely, if you are going to show your bra to lots of people, unintentionally or not, its good if its sparkly!
