Well, I wasn't expecting to stand on my head in my very first yoga class. Next week I will be more prepared - I will not for example, be wearing a loose t-shirt which will then fall down to expose my tummy and my blue and red sparkly bra.

Wow, they really started you in easy there. Shouldn't they work up to things like that a little? Seems a little... weird to start with something most people can't even do.

I hear you on the shirt/bra problem. During my first hour of physiotherapy I found out that I'd have to take my shirt off for that, and I was wearing this ratty old sports bra with holes in it underneath. Oops.
