My iPod is stuck on 'Disk Mode OK to disconnect'. Do you think banging it really hard against something would help?

Not sure if it'll do the iPod any good, unless there's something stuck or loose inside it, in which case it'll either loosen it free, or break it off.

I think it might make you feel better about it though.

Hee! Yes, amazingly, reading the instructions worked. My new resolution is to start actually reading instructions on things before I use them *g*
