Currently rewatching a s7 Lewis episode, has Peter Davison, Wiggins from Sherlock and Taron Egerton all young and adorable and singing.

My BFF emailed me to tell me that she'd just finished Black Sails and was super excited so I made her spoil me. I usually like to watch things spoiler free - I don't even bother watching movie promos - except if I need extra incentive, like knowing Hannibal/Will became canon got me through some pretty wrenching scenes in the first two seasons. Or if a friend is busting to talk to me about it, yay. I will for definitely be prioritising watching this show after this month (can't get involved in new fandoms when writing fic).

FINALLY got around to watching The A-Team movie on the weekend - loved the show as a kid, was doubtful about the movie even though I'd heard it was good. Or rather, doubt about whether I'd enjoy it since I no longer particularly enjoy gun fights and car chases anymore. They did the 'if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team' spiel at the end of the movie, but since it was 2010, and there hasn't been any more movies or a spin off show, I guess you can't. Which I'm sad about because the movie was so much fun, the action was ridiculous and the script was funny as hell.

And Flatliners last night, my housemate's choice, I wasn't a huge fan of the original, but it turned out I knew most of the actors and not gonna lie, definitely predisposes me to like something if I like the actors. Ellen Page, Elena from Vampire Diaries, Bhodi from Star Wars and the main dude from Granchester.

Sometimes I can't go without spoilers. When my husband and I did our SPN marathon last year, he would sometimes need a break from watching for one or three weeks (in the summer we even took a three months break). Urgh, without spoilers this would have been really, really hard for me. So clips on Youtube and SPN wiki helped me survive. :D I don't spoil books for myself, though, or movies.

I've never watched that A-Team movie.

Yep, I get that, if I'm not invested in the plot so much as obsessed with the characters, it's too hard to wait.

Me either, this is a 'I'm surprised this was good' rec from me.

The Flatliners remake is on my to-watch list as well. NGL, mostly because I miss Nina Dobrev on my screen. /shallow

She's great :) I did know the actor's name but when I only know an actor from one show I tend to assume other people won't know them unless I tie them to the show.

I love the A-Team movie. I was wary, as the TV series is such an old favourite, but the movie, as you say, is just so much fun. So sad there was no sequel. It's completely nuts, of course, but in all the right ways.

So fun! I was doubtful about the actors' ability to do justice to the original, and I was fairly indifferent to Liam as Hannibal (hard to live up one of my early crushes) but the other three were great, especially in giving more depth to BA Baracus's character.

Ikr? I didn't realise until the movie started and then I paid attention. I liked it, liked the characterisations, but full disclaimer, I wasn't giving it my full attention (mostly the horror bits).

I don't think I've seen a single episode of The A-Team, but I know I enjoyed the movie in all its ridiculous glory.

Yeah, I really wouldn't recommend it now, it's definitely something best left in the 80s where it belongs.

Sadly it's R rated though, which means we can only watch it when Bunny isn't around, which won't be for a while (I'm not staying up later than her atm, getting up earlier instead).
