Amazon UK have a billion things on sale. I stopped looking after page 80...
Even at the scary, scary exchange rate there's some good deals.
I may have bought Life on Mars s1 (with extras of course) for 16 pounds, and Jeeves and Wooster Complete Series for 15 pounds. And then I may have accidently bought Raffles for 27 pounds which is probably too much for a 1977 series, but, Raffles!

The cricket can be overlooked or fast-forwarded.
If I genuflected a couple of hundred times, could you copy the DVDs onto cassettes - other DVDs - whatever is easiest and sell me hours of solitary pleasure, ahem, I meant, fun and giggles?

Date: 2007-02-03 02:44 pm (UTC)I've just got them, and watched the first ep OMG OMG - Bunny grabs Raffles hand and goes on his knees!!!!
And Rafflees goes on and on about what a great fag he was, 'up for anything'!!
And they smile and smile and smile at each other.

Date: 2007-02-03 09:18 pm (UTC)Of course I don't know how to mess up with DVDs (if you lived around here, you'd know how totally clueless I am), so I think I'll buy my own DVDs if you tell me where and how much.
Have you read Hornung's books? Incredibly slashy. I remember a bus journey from Manchester to London, and I read the first stories, and I was so glad nobody was sitting next to me.
