How do I get a map of Perth's water systems, um rivers, dams, aquifers etc?

I need if for 8year olds to follow the water cycle. where water comes down-land/rivers/etc- and the path it might take i.e. follow rivers to lakes/sea or into the groundwater system. i am doing 'natural water systems'
