If you google "perth cantina" you'll get a heap of glowing reviews about Cantina 663 in Mt Lawley.

Spent $177.For that I got )

Best day's shopping ever. Of course, now I have to buy a new bag to carry it all home. *headdesk*

I am enjoying my new book so much, I used to lap this stuff up when I was a teenager.

A French police inspector, looking at The Saint -

The sight of the tall broad-shouldered figure sprawled with such impudent grace in his shabby armchair made a mockery of the conventional stiffness of the room, just as the casual elegance of its clothing afronted the hard-worn dilapidation of the furniture; the warm bronze of the preposterously handsome face seemed to bring its own sun into the dingy room, whispering outlandish heresies of open skies and wide places where the wind blew; and because of this man the office seemed more cramped and drab and dustier than ever, and the gloom of it touched the soul of its proper occupent.

Hee!

It took me a couple of pages of handling the book carefully to remember that this was published when books were made to last, instead of being made to fall apart after 3-4 reads. *fondles book lovingly*

I think I'll keep all the lights on for a little while longer.

Edited to add Actually, you might want to not bother reading this unless

or

b. You love shoes nearly as much as you love fannish things.
