I had a hard time picking with the first one. I think it would be way worse to find I couldn't do a sit up, but I don't know if traumatic is the word. More devastated and depressed, probably. Unless it was only temporary, then I wouldn't mind too much.

Some might say I have too much time on my hands that I feel the need to give so much though to such matters. But you know, details are important.
