On Lost. So did we find out in the first half that Shannon and Boone are only step-siblings? Cos I can't see the amazingly hot incest scene making it on to mainstream US tv, without some sort of caveat...
On Atlantis. Firstly, *loves*. That storm is rockin'. Kolya is scary. And McKay angst to wibble over.
Edited to add. OMG Zelenka! Rodney/Zelenka! Just too cute for words. *squee*
However, what's with random Athosians having codes that disarm Atlantis' shields?? And Zora's characterisation seems all over the place. When we met her previously she was portrayed as an uncompromising soldier, now she's angsting about enemy casulties? And what's with her getting bent out of shape about Kolya lying to Sheppard to get what he wanted. We saw the Genaii blatantly do this over and over when we first met them, without blinking, seems pretty established that it was a cultural thing.
*sigh* It's not like we're watching it for the plot.
On Stargate. Somehow we missed quite a lot of season 5 first time around and are just catching up now. God that season was patchy, some of the later eps were just... I mean an Armageddon rip off? I kept waiting for Ben Affleck to turn up and start singing 'Leaving, on a Jet Plane' And can someone tell me why the ship magically failed to crash into the asteroid?
And really, I know I'm biased but Daniel was getting *really* annoying. OMG what the hell? Weeping over the body and calling Jack a son of a bitch for shooting an unstable android controlling a shitload of replicators swarming over the base?
I think being dead for a while improved him.
