I linked to a seven minute vid of Oliver's workouts in my Arrow post, but it's only rewatching this again and again that it's dawned on my just how damn impressive this actor's strength and fitness really is. No wonder they filmed so many sequences, the camera lovingly panning over his shirtless torso.
