Episode 1 - Would have liked the boy kissing scene more had there been informed consent. To me this was a date rape scene and I was left keenly hoping Owen was in for some kind of smackdown. I suppose you could argue that assuming the couple involved never find out that it wasn't their own idea, and have nothing but good memories, then was it really so bad? So, with the hating of Owen.

Iante is so pretty. I am looking forward to some light and fluffy Jack/Iante porn.


Episode 2 - How much do I love the idea of an alien coming to Earth just for sex..and then to have it be about violation and death. The actor did a great job. I liked the ending, with the father being there for support.

Iante still so pretty and helpful - 'Would you like me to do some attacking, sir?'


Episode 3 - Favourite episode so far. Again with the rape theme, I really liked what they did with the vicarious experience of emotions, and omg OWEN. Loved every scene he was in...reevaluating...


Episode 4 - I'm just ignoring the actual plot, this is all about the Jack/Ianto and Gwen/Owen for me.

Anyone got some recs for me? Please? I seem to be into Jack/Ianto, Jack/Owen, Jack/Gwen, Owen/Gwen - in other words, anything they've so much as hinted at in the show *headdesk* I'm so embarrassed. Also, I feel sorry for Toshiko, she must be feeling so left out.

What I REALLY, REALLY WANT is a brilliantly written, long, angsty Jack/Ianto fic involving revenge, betrayal and reconciliation..anyone know of one lying around? No? WHY NOT? What do you mean it only aired last week?

I had read that fic and quite enjoyed it, I would have liked it more if I'd read it before I saw episode 4. It's not that it's jossed his characterisation exactly, more that it's...incomplete now, if you know what I mean. Though the scene where Ianto says 'when have you ever asked me anything about my life?' works for it.
