themiddleblog is the lj of the creater/writer of the comic. It's quite interesting, and in some posts he lists the namechecks by episode.

Series of cute little Middleman Public Service Announcements presumably made to promote the show in the lead up. I especially like the Middleman's 'Don't Play with Probes'

This youtube vid pieces together just enough parts of one of the episodes to give away the whole plot - so I don't recommend watching the whole thing if you care about that sort of thing, but it's worth watching the first couple of scenes to get a feel for the show.

Ten flashfics about Wendy and MM's partnership, written for the iPod challenge: Pick a song, and write a fic based on it within the time it takes to listen to it. If I hadn't of just read the The Apocalypse Embrace Aftermath by the same author I wouldn't have even clicked on a fic with that premise, but I did, and was pleasantly surprised.

Thank you for this! This looks fun, I think I'd enjoy it in the same way I loved the live action series of The Tick.

I hope you like it more than that. (unless you thought The Tick was the best thing ever) I mildly enjoyed The Tick, but it was over the top silly in a way that The Middleman isn't.
