TDK - Gordon/Batman

Through the Holes in Your Veins by noelia_g This is short and intense and I wouldn't have thought I could really believe Gordon having a relationship with Batman without knowing Bruce too. Awesome!

Night Lights by noelia_g Lovely multi-chapter romance where Bruce Wayne insists on dating Gordon. Gordon's not quite sure what's happening.

Getting Close by jen_in_japan Short. Established relationship. A bit angsty.

Five Minutes in a Stairwell by python07. Short scene after Gordon gets promoted.

Deadlight by readykatego I'm a bit conflicted about this one. Angsty, good set up. There's a sequel I didn't like as much cos the misery factor was cranked too high.

When the Bat's Away by jen_in_japan I just love this so much I have to keep describing it to people, even people who don't read fanfic!!! Batman gets turned into a white Persian cat. AWESOME.

Bound and Determined by jen_in_japan Funny! Tied up together with the Lassoo of Truth!

The epic one I read was set after Batman Begins and Superman Returns, and even though I thought it went OOC very quickly the worldbuilding kept me hooked with Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne in an openly gay relationship while Superman and Batman pretend to dislike each other.
