Here's an idea, how about you have to register the name before you get pregnant? I so want to be the registrar person who says, "No, sorry, come back in five years when you're mature enough to raise a child."

I applaud your idea. Can't these people give their kids a non-embarrassing legal name, and then if they must, use those other names as nicknames?
