Here's an idea, how about you have to register the name before you get pregnant? I so want to be the registrar person who says, "No, sorry, come back in five years when you're mature enough to raise a child."
the news report that I heard about the NZ child mentioned a number of other dubious names, which included one called Violence.
Having recently been involved in a conversation about what our kids would be called if the name related to the method or location of their conceptions, I find that particularly disturbing.
