sarrenHoo yah! Their powers are manifesting! Yay! Shame the dodgy dvd skipped half the Big Reveal.
Scene: Fireman dangling of bridge while collegues frantically try to save him! He loses his grip! OH NOES! He falls! His plummet to his death is halted! Some guy in a suit has grabbed him.
Distinguished looking stretchy guy - It's okay, I've got you!
Fireman *looks unconvinced*
Dragonfly and me (in unison)- Who's got YOU?
It's hard to get too caught up in a film that keeps freezing and jumping about, but in this case I'm not sure it's going to matter. I'm having too much fun watching Julian McMahon ham it up, and Jessica and Hornblower take it all, oh so seriously.
Also, I like that the blond guy keeps flirting shamelessly with Rock Man.
Blond Guy - Look how hot I am.
Jessica - Not good. Hot like a supernova!
Hornblower - You get any hotter and you could burn up the atmosphere and destroy all human life!
Blond Guy (covered in some kind of freezing foam) Got it. Supernova bad.
Hornblower, Blond Guy, and Jessica appear in their blue lycra bodysuits.
*pause as Sarren's brain goes offline again*
Hornblower - These uniforms went through the Unknown Radiation with us - therefore they can transform with us!
OH THIS FILM IS JUST TOO GREAT. *laughs and laughs*
They just had this musical montage where Blond Guy tickles sleeping Rock Man with a feather, then watches as Hornblower's arm stretches across the hall to retrieve toilet paper. And so on.
I wish I had a whole lot of alcohol to enhance my enjoyment.
