She also mentions that she's not cooking and would you like her to pick up a chicken or subway?
Also, this may seem out of turn, but I might be interested in coming along tomorrow night if you didn't mind? Dependent on K possibly preferring me to be home to spend time with him... umm... brain leak says this may not make sense, so let me know.
In short. I'd like to come tomorrow night. Subject to K not minding. Can I come with you assuming the former is fine?
sarren I can make it any time after 5pm - that good for you? Thanks for offering to pick up food for me. I am alas, committed to eating incredibly boring healthy food for a month and would like to BYO said boring food.
mynxi I feel like a Big Old Meanie but I would like some sarren time if possible, having said that, if there's a bunch of other people coming then I say the more the merrier.
PS I dreamt about you last night... and fred_mouse.
That runs into Adelaide Terrace doesn’t it? Do you want me to wait before the lights (where you’ll want to turn right into Plain – wait, can you turn right into Plain at that time of day?) or shall I wait around the corner in Plain St in that little park area opposite DoIR?
Isn't it nice how in the olden days men could walk around arm in arm?
That made me laugh because just last night I was looking at the little slideshows (http://tx-tart.livejournal.com/256905.html) linked to in this post, and in the first one there is a picture of two men doing EXACTLY the Danny and Brett walk -- one striding along Brettlike, the other curled through his arm like Danny -- in 1910.
I have it in my head that at various points in history it was just less objectionable to be more touchy.
There are probably more periods where it was extremely bad... but I'm a 'the glass isn't just half full - but is brimming with life, and bubbles, oxygen and atoms etc...'
I'm more of a "the glass is half empt-- no, now it's empty. And now I'm going to have to wash it. FUCK. Is the liquor store closed already? I bet it is."
sarren leaps up to clean up, trips over the computer cords and knocks another glass of wine over her laptop, hurriedly picks up laptop and turns it over to empty out the wine, which then drips onto mr_booboo's external harddrive that was hiding on the floor.

Didn’t leave home early enough to drive in today so unless you feel a particular urge to swing by Plain St and pick me up, I’ll be home by 6pm.
