Jul. 3rd, 2004 12:05 amIt's been whole days since I updated and only have 20 minutes - I'm not doing my usual Friday night stunt of staying up til nearly 3am before getting up at 7 for my 14 hour shift. Cos for once I'd like to not feel like complete shit for the whole day.
So what to talk about?
Work? - how the pretty 14 year old boy with purple hair and jewelled stones in his ear (how could I not hire him) flirts with the manly 15 year old boy with facial fluff.
Or my trauma the other night when I had no access to my computer at all due to my techy mate, while reinstalling Explorer, inexplicably deleting my password. Which was all good, there was no panicking - as long as I never turned my computer off ever again it'd be fine. And then 10 minutes later for no apparent reason the computer turned itself off
Or I confess that I friended another writer! Where will it all end? But I want the updates, precious.
bramblerose_pf has a cool Harry/Snape WIP
I blame the HP fandom for desensitising us to WIP's. And chan. And other things that it blows my mind that I read now.
Except it's bedtime now. I'll mean to come back to enthrall people with details, really I will. Then it'll all be like that Paul McDermott meeting, the second greatest fannish moment of my life (nothing will ever beat having a beer with Peter Wingfield), where I'm desperate to get online togloat share with my friends and then real life intervenes, and that's all she wrote.
