Have they declared an independent State of Chicken?
Will they let you in to brush your teeth, or do you need a UN negotiating team?

Mostly they just chirp.
I'm not ruling out the junta possiblities, mind you, except staring into the beady eyes of the black one makes me think he has his mind set on greater things.
Personally I think it's all a plot involving the cats.
