I REALLY want some angsty Jack/Ianto fic now. OMG how great would it be, I can see it, Jack would have (of course) propositioned Ianto at some point, and Ianto, desperate for some sort of connection, and fear of losing his position all twisted up in his head, so they'd be in this messed up relationship where Jack thinks they're doing casual and Ianto's all needy and intense and hiding it because he knows Jack would drop him if it got heavy... and now Jack's all betrayed cos Ianto's not who he thought he was..and Ianto - is brooding about making Jack pay (and not in a sexy way) OMG I WANT IT
I have nothing good to say about this episode at all. Not even the breath of life stuff. I can't articulate it in writing, because I sound far harsher than I really am. It wasn't absolutely dreadful, but it definitely did not make me a happy fangirl.
I have many reasons! All of which I can say in person if it won't mess with your joy.
