I love my sunburnt country

Once upon a time when I had a girly job I longed for a time when I didn't have to bother with the heels, the stockings, the makeup, the hair..

And lo, my dream came true.

I love my boots, I love my pants (not the actual pants, the concept of wearing them) What I can honestly say is, the joy wears off when it's still 41 degrees outside at 6pm, and probably dammit hotter still inside.

The lightening was pretty though. And the 5.3 seconds of rain.

And I'm told it was still 35 degrees at midnight yesterday!!!!

I love my airconditioning.

Rolling blackouts tomorrow apparently.
