Remember how Basil Fawlty used to jump up and down with rage, fists clenched? That was me at work five hours ago.

Really.

I turned on the computer when I got home, was all about venting on lj, and got distracted by shiny Atlantis icons and shiny Atlantis screencaps and now I'm not mad anymore.

Life is good.

I still hate customers though.
