I have nothing interesting to relate, yet feel the urge to post anyway.



Me *sitting down at computer after a really long day at work*
Dragonfly *going to bed* - See you bright and early tomorrow morning?
Me - Only if you're seeing me asleep.
D - Do you want me to see you sleep?
Me - What do I care? I'll be asleep.

A few minutes later.

D - Can you turn off my light?
Me - The one right next to you?
D - It's just out of reach.
Me - No.
D - Oh well, I'll just fall asleep and at some point you'll come and turn it off anyway, won't you.
Me - Only to save power, not to be nice to you.

A few minutes later, I'm reading my flist, which is particularly amusing tonight.

Me *giggles*
D - What?
Me *reads aloudcupidsbow's Pearl Harbour post.****
D - Is Scot bi?
Me - Not that I know of.
D - But he likes to watch Ben Affleck cry?
Me - He's come over to the dark side.

A few minutes later.

Me - silver_b_a's cat is keeping her up all night.
D. - Tell her her cat's keeping me up all night too.
Me - What? How?
D *silence*
Me Oh right. I'll be shutting up now.


**Scot doesn't get to mock me about Armageddon anymore.
