sarrenMy love for the new Life on Mars spin off Ashes to Ashes is pure and unironic.
I love that Gene totally owns this show. I love the dramatic camera work and swelling music when he appears and his understated mourning for Sam.
I am sad that Sam is gone...what does Alex say? Tyler is dead and you're wife left you. There's an awesome fic waiting to be written there.
I like Alex - except for all the fainting and inexplicable wandering around all day in the prostitute outfit when she'd been given a change of clothes, wtf?
I am completely on board with the in-your-face Gene/Alex UST. YES, I AM A CHEAP DATE.
