See, I'm of the opinion that the TPTB wouldn't hesitate to change the law to make it happen, but Jody reckons he'd never get elected cos of being a foreigner.
Changing the constitution is harder than getting elected President. So, he would have to have absolute overwhelming popularity before the Party decided trying to change the constitution was worth the effort.
And his popularity isn't at all that overwhelming. He's an OK governor, but not an awesome one.
