I've been happily jumping from fandom to fandom - an inspired Scrubs JD/Cox fic, anyone? A couple of fabulous Good Omens fics, maybe? Why not try out Friday Night Lights, or Full Metal Alchemist? I just did. I haven't tried the Pirates of the Caribbean/Harry Potter or the Highlander/Temeraire crossovers yet. I just like to look at them and feel happy that they exist.

Except now I'm distracted. I was happily reading through a few SGA fics and came across Converging, by Purna, which is an AU where John is a lifeguard, and is NOT the light and fluffy fic it sounds. And it made me fall in love with Sheppard and McKay all over again and I've had to take a break to watch SGA songvids. A lot. And for the very first time I thought... I wonder when season 3 starts...

So now all I want is all McShep, all the time. Only - I haven't even touched on so many of the fandoms there - I mean, I see KANEKO's been writing Torchwood. Kaneko. Torchwood. I could just go look, it wouldn't hurt just to look...

The other day I was talking at to

cricketk about how I'd spent the weekend watching many hours of Rome and adoring Pullo and Veronus together, interspersed with a lot of Dr Who vids on youtube, and reading a whole heap of new Eroica fics I'd just discovered and
