I WIN AT FANDOM. (or possibly at obsession)
Friday night I was like, we're watching as many episodes of Supernatural as possible tonight, because tomorrow we are MOVING ON.
Came home from work yesterday fully intending to watch Heroes episodes. Impulsively decided to watch one more episode, 'The Usual Suspects'
The Usual Suspects.
First episode to hold my undivided attention. I admit I was probably primed.
I liked Diana the cop, who matter-of-factly accepts the supernatural and doesn't waste time in angsty denial when the evidence points to her partnerslashboyfriend.
Sam and Dean arguing over which one is Mulder. Dean insisting that Sam is 'a redheaded woman.'
Dean making annoying YET SOMEHOW CUTE squeaking noises with his mouth. Sam going 'DUDE!!!'
Both of them independently calling their lawyer Matlock.

My favourite episode!! Loved the story, the writing, the atmosphere, the characters.
When the guy asks where his mom and dad are (that Dean has just killed)and Dean says 'Awkward'. I HEART DEAN SO MUCH.
OMG WHEN DEAN CHOOSES TO STAY AND DIE WITH SAM BECAUSE HE DOESN'T WANT TO GO ON WITHOUT HIM. OMG OMG OMG.
Didn't expect the final scene - was all invested in those two guys who look like Paul Bettany and Tony Todd riding off into the sunset together. *sulks*

Dean happily giving Andy the Impala and then saying ‘he Obi’Wan’d me!’
When Andy tells them to tell the truth and Dean’s facial contortions as he spills everything. Hee! Jensen Ackles is the BEST ACTOR IN THE WORLD.
At the end when Dean claims being mindwhammied gets a 'do-over' and Sam is like, 'What are you, seven?' Hee!
Random favourite scenes from I can't remember which episode offhand.
When Dean walks into the hotel room and Sam turns off the tv and Dean looks from Sam to the porn dvd and says 'Awkward' in that tone of voice.
Dean finally giving in to Sam's badgering and sharing totally and CRYING.
All the scenes where Dean is tormented about his Dad going to hell for him. *hugs Dean*
In the trickster ep, when they flash back on events from each pov and in Sam's version Dean is totally crass and white trash and in Dean's version Sam is totally prissy and gay. *falls about laughing*
Ooh from first season, when the plane's crashing and Dean totally loses it and Sam has to save the day. See? It was all about Dean for me even back then.
Yes, I'm obsessed. Go me.

2. I google 'cute photo jensen jared' in order to acquire appropriate desktop piccie.
3. I manage to find this. I don't even LIKE chibli artwork. I run away.
4. I have the episodes I watched last night on in the background right now.
5. This post has taken hours and has all the coding I'm usually too lazy to bother with.
6. I find Dean's crassness endearing. *headdesk*
7. YES!! I dreamt about Dean and Sam last night. I SO WIN.

And even though I'm all about Dean *g* I do appreciate Sam's ::koff:: finer qualities. Dude, he watches porn! And sometimes when he does something that emphasises how much of him there actually is, I'm reminded of you describing him as 'a long, cool drink of water' *g*
Also, if you read the first scene of Shalott's Miami, Sam has sex with a girl on a barstool and it's freakin' HOT - don't keep reading if you're not into the Wincest though.

I don't care either way, I just never really got into the fics cos I wasn't into the fandom. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE.
So, Please, by all means, send me recs. I can't just keep rereading Shalott's five fics. I'm worried that if I venture out alone and find only bad fics, which, frankly with incest is MOST OF THEM, I will lose this momentum I've got going. *g*
