I mean, I know I'm behind on environmental issues, having been preoccupied with my own very important life and also TV shows, but how did I miss all of this?

I feel like I just found out a trusted friend has been trashing me behind my back. Or you know, my planet.

Yeah, tragic, but Canada has been taken over by climate change delusionists. Just imagine that Canada is under its own equivalent of the Howard government, and the equivalent of the Minchkin faction are running climate change policy. *sigh*

It's ok, Canada, we can still be friends. Just not friends with your crazy government.

Can't say I'm surprised. There's no scientific doubt that asbestos is deadly, yet Canada, while not using it at home, exports some 200,000 tons of it to some of the third world countries which haven't banned it, and discourages international efforts to ban it.
