I didn't want to write a Dear Santa letter at all - I'd given enough suggestions and ideas in my prompt. I get that this evolved because some people just put no prompt at all (I've seen one of those over the pinch hit list already) but the EXPECTATION now is that everyone does it - hence my note telling my writer to feel free NOT to read mine.
Yeah, I don't know the other fandoms, so if my chance you do get me as a pinch hit it'll be Persuaders *g*
