Not to put you further in the dumps, but in my experience they always end up getting done (on the whole) by one person, and since there is a usually a limited number of people you can trust to do it right and get you the marks you want, usually by the person who cares the most. If you don't want to be stuck with all the work, and care about your mark I would nag and guilt trip to the cows come home!
