.. and I believe that you'd use it to mean either a little added extra. Like a small, delightful bonus that gives something (or more likely, some behaviour) an extra zing.
(Now I've looked it up and found out that I'm only half right about only ONE of the potential meanings. *mourns the passing of my vocabulary*)
Just looked it up, and I'm only about a quarter right with what I thought it meant. The "snap or light blow" part is fine, but I thought it also meant to make something oscilliate a bit with the light blow. Er, that is if I know what "oscilliate" means. ::checks:: Actually, I think I should stop while I'm behind.
