Sad, sad fangirl.
Jul. 20th, 2004 09:31 amI found Bone's lj!
happy dance
And now it's time for this fangirl with a crush to gush a lot.
Bone has to be my favourite multi fandom writer. She has written amazing fic in Highlander, Sports Night, Get Real, Due South, The Sentinel…gee…all of these are fandoms I love....
So here's her website Go check it out. Obviously everybody has already read 'How Ray Got His Groove Back' as it is one of the best Due South stories ever. But she also wrote 'Two-Player Game', my favourite Sports Night fic.
And she wrote a Get Real fic that rocks.
sarren sighs happily
There's a story here. About me. And Bone. See how I have no compunction about name-dropping? I have no shame.
So I wrote this short little Get Real fic once and posted it to a list.
AND BONE SENT ME FEEDBACK!!!!
And then, then she beta read my longer Get Real fic!
And then cos I'd mentioned that Sports Night hadn't been shown over here she sent me tapes from all the way across the world.
I love Bone.
God I'm an embarrassingly sad little fangirl.

Date: 2004-07-22 04:28 pm (UTC)What sarren neglected to mention is that the tape sending was hardly one-sided -- she graciously sent me a British TV series that I'd been longing to see, and an adorable stuffed koala that the Apple of our eye keeps in prominent position on her toy shelf.
I'm tickled to see you here. It feels, once again, like a small world.
