Is daylight savings starting tomorrow? Does this mean I have to get up an hour earlier?

It starts on the 3rd and your off peak downloading will start at the normal time.

Phew! I thought this was true...but of course it'd be fairly typical that I have to start work an hour earlier unexpectedly!!

I'm lucky, i volunteered to do a much later shift to cover another call centre so I start 4 hours later so, instead of it being a normal 8 hour shift, it will be a 7, but they'll pay us for 8 :D
