Okay, this is like, the third time an American on my flist has referred to having 'nappy-time' and it's doing my head in.

Vid rec - In the End (Linkin Park) I love the song. I love the fandom. It's possible I may be a bit biased about how good this vid is. Maybe.

I'm gobsmacked by the amount of fics and comments that had Jack wipe Ianto's memories of what happened, as though this was the best thing to do. OMG. Mind rape, anybody? I'm not really happy with the whole pill thing anyway. I don't have a problem with Jack using it to make people forget about Torchwood, though for christsakes either you're a secret organisation or you're not, tattooing it on your car is just showing off. My issue with the pill is I don't see how it could specifically target those memories, but like so much in Dr Who, you've got to take it on faith.
But how do (so many) people think that Ianto forgetting everything he did, forgetting Lisa, forgetting what Jack did, could possibly be justified? Is Jack going to wipe all the others' memories too? Where does it stop?
