OMG CHARLIE!!!! ARRGH!!

*crickets chirp*

Yeah, nobody's watching this, are they?. I've only caught two eps but how long does it take to start obsessing about appreciating a character?

Charlie is played by the lovechild of Ewen McGregor and Anthony Andrews.
He's adorable. He's done time for fraud and when his boss found out and asked why she should trust him, has stated emphatically that he cannot go back to prison. In another ep he talks to someone about having 'survived 12 months'. He is down with his staff and does not sweat the little things. When the gay guy was teaching the straight barman how to flirt with men, Charlie helped.

Barman - You have a nice mouth.
Gay guy - OMG no, that's not appropriate.
Charlie - *touches own lips* But I do have a nice mouth.

And other stuff about him.

I watch HB. Sure, I've only seen about 4 episodes, but I've enjoyed the ones I've seen. And yes, Charlie! But you know, Mr Conceirge Man *told* them that this would happen, but no, Manager chick was all about the "9th floor completely booked - we won't be able to fill it all by tonight."

Bet you she's sorry *now*!

I would have made the same decision - and so would you!

It wouldn't have been a problem if Charlie hadn't decided to do the right thing be a hero.
