1 I just scalded the underside of my chin with my Milo.

2. Dinner took me five minutes to prepare. I don't think that counts as real cooking.*

3. Got stuck at work an extra half an hour because of something I'd forgotton to do earlier.

4. Forgot to take my cat to the vet.

5. Am spazzing***about my lj layout. Am considering not using lj cuts for the moment til it settles, as several people have mentioned that they find it disconcerting when I do this.

* (Sara Lee's Quiche Lorraine** + some fish cakes chucked in the oven, broccoli in the microwave, hot bread, and some salad I brought home from work.)

**Really yummy btw.

***Am occasionally prone to minor OC behaviour. Minor. Really. Only about my lj. And locking doors. And checking that they're locked, a lot.

What's the issue with your LJ layout?

And don't most people read via their flist, which is all in their own layout anyhow, so wouldn't it have negligible effect on others?

I had no idea what your layout looked like until I looked at this thread and explicitly removed the "style=mine" from the URL.
... *blinded by the orange and blue and massively big fonts* ...
Okay, maybe not going to do that again. Not sure I can get to sleep until my retinas return to normal.

I didn't know people used that function all that much. I LIKE to see other people's layouts. Hmm. I think that rates a poll.

Also, it's not orange and blue now. Or the grey it was after that. I don't think the one I've got now has long to live either.

See, I have obsessive fits, and then I have to change my layout over and over again til I find one i can bear to keep for any length of time. Ages ago I had a poll, and was amazed at how many people never EVER changed their layout. Most only do it occasionally.

Oh, it's very dark now. ... The big boxes with nothing written on them at the top are an interesting navigation method. Secret navigation icons which you have to hover over to find out what they do.

I never change my layout. Most of the layout options put extraneous guff down the sides, which just makes the actual journal occupy much less space and therefore require heaps of scrolling to read through.

The first time I used this layout, ages ago, I used the default which is white with rainbow boxes, which appealled to me for obvious reasons, but then it got Too. Damn. Cheerful. After a while you just remember which box is which. Yes, I know. It's odd.

I go through obsessive fits where I hate on it so much I have to change it RIGHT NOW OMG and then it sometime takes me days where I can find one that I can bear to keep for a while. Sometimes I will change it like, several times in an hour.

Oh come on; how many explosive hot milo accidents could be prevented by you issuing safety warnings! You could be putting others at risk!
