I'm sure I'm not the only one, when I'm in one of my more obsessively fannish phases real life posts just don't happen, because it's time I could be watching or reading something. The other day I decided I could post while watching Smallville because, hey, it's not like I need to pay attention to the plot. But as it turns out, it's so colourful and Jensen and Tom are so pretty and, yeah. No.

But now Dragonfly is watching The Day After Tomorrow on the telly - and I'm FREE! Free to post!

Um.

Oh, and this is how completely stupid brave I am. I let a girl with multiple facial piecings who's hair looked like she'd been dragged through a hedge backwards do whatever the hell she wanted to my hair and then charge me money.

I have a FUNKY new haircut.

I finally got my laptop fixed. A whole month of moping around feeling sorry for myself later, I toddle off to the support place in West Perth, half an hour later and I HAVE MY BABY BACK.

Sometimes the level of laziness I'm capable of astounds even me.

I wasn't even paying (much)attention to the movie, except to note how pretty Jake Gyllenhal is and how manky Dennis Quaid has become, and then to feel guilty for being so judgemental.

Still got all teary over the stoopid uplifting ending. Because I am SAD like that.

Huh. The movie credits are scrolling up maybe 40% of the screen. The rest is taken up by what looks like a Grey's Anatomy fanvid.

I'll stop now.
