MUST. READ. BOOK.

So, 'Human Nature' is adapted from a Dr Who novel that Paul Cornell wrote a while back. Yes I've been checking out his blog. He IS coming to Swancon next year.

And you see what Smith is eating, in that scene where we're cutting from his speeded-up list of 'things not to let me do'? That's a pear. One of those instructions, in the book, and in the slowed-down version of what you see, is not to let him eat that particular fruit. Because he doesn't like the taste.

Thank you for the link to his blog. He seems like a really nice bloke.

[livejournal.com profile] cricketk met him at Worldcon last year, she said he was on, like 20 panels in 4 days or something crazy like that. She said he was amazing.

I missed that pear thing. Where was that? Hee!

Thanks for the link to Paul Cornell's blog. I'm not usually a fan of writers' blogs, as I find they tend to be disappointingly boring, but he sounds lovely and funny. And so very British. His comment about small children sniffing made me giggle. - oh god, is that a spoiler? Just delete, if it is.
