deluded

The papers recently have been banging on about how women are still underrepresented in managerial and professional jobs, and those that are there are often paid less than the men, especially here in Australia. All true, of course, except in the back of my head was this little self satisfied "Not in my company". So today I had my first manager's meeting since the Areas got reshuffled. And as I looked around the room at the 12 men and 0 other women, my little illusions were all shattered....
