Me I need to upgrade RIGHT THIS SECOND.

This happened to me too. I think I ran out of space in the first five days of the first month. Can't even remember what I was doing...oh yes, Mag 7 episodes.

We get shaped for about 3 days every month - depending on whether creativemeans has successfully managed to download an entire season of TV, or whether we have sneakily stopped her downloading attempts. Being shaped sucks.

Unshaped download speed - 65-100kbps
Shaped download speed - 5-10kbps

Also funny to me is that you'd call them. Can't you just upgrade your plan on your ISP's web site?

If you want to download something large, you can always leave it to the last billing day of the month so that it doesn't ever count. Of course, that's no good if you're impatient.
