LOL I'm the biggest idiot! I read that post and thought it was so funny I commented without even looking at the name I thought you were Emma. (And was wondering why on earth she was up late answering, and then it took me two read throughs and 5 minutes of thinking that Emma ha changed her layout to look exactly the same as yours before the light switched on)

I think I was still wrapping my head around the toilet dilemma :)
That doesn't mean that they are going to give you another problem store to fix up now is it though? Now they know you are so good at turning things around.

No actually I'm told that when this crappy old store gets closed down in a 'few' months my asst and I will be moved (together, because we refuse to be separated) to a more 'high profile' store.

Also, FINE, I'm not offended that you wanted to meet up with Emma and not me.
