Tonight felt wasted - by the time I'd taken Mersyndol for a headache and then watched The Persuaders! songvids a lot and napped some, it was past my bedtime and yet here I am.

An amusing fan made opening credits for the hopefully upcoming George Clooney/Hugh Grant movie. The photoshopping with the cars is not great and the cars are ugly but um, the beginning is good!

More Needle Than Haystack I love this SO much. Perfectly written scene where they figure out they fancy each other.
Mise en Scene This is great - it's like an episode but where they end up together.
Scenes From a Hotel in Prague When I first read this I liked it, but established relationship fics don't really grab me, but since then I've rewatched the entire show and their relationship was absolutely just this blend of casual and affectionship to start with. Excellent!

I had the same reaction to Scenes From a Hotel in Prague initially, but on a reread, I realized I'd missed some things the first time around -- that there's actually this hidden conflict where Brett and Danny are coming to the semi-relationship quite differently. In fact it's your basic 'one of them is consciously in love and the other thinks it's just for fun' plot, only it's hard to recognize because it's not played for angst, which I've never seen before. And you wouldn't think was possible! Except for them, it kind of is.
