Greywater and rainwater information


The installation of rainwater tanks and greywater systems does not require regulation by the DoW. They may require approval from your local council. All greywater reuse systems have to be approved by the Department of Health.

Does anyone here have a greywater system installed? It all seems too hard and like something I would manage to screw up and end up poisoning us all.
