I'm sorry, my fault! My fault! I assumed because I love Robert Downey Jnr with an unholy passion* that everyone in the world must instantly recognise him. That actor is the character he plays in Tropic Thunder. This promo shows before Tropic Thunder starts. I assume Tobey McGuire just did it for the LOLS, maybe cos they played a couple in The Wonder Boys.
