Paint by numbers Or what I did at the Con
In the hotel foyer there was an actual TARDIS. That pretty much stole the show right there. Certainly it provided hours of amusement for Bunny over the weekend. I was a little worried to start with, but when it didn't fall apart the first 30 or 40 times she escaped us to go play in it I mostly stopped worrying. Though I did have to threaten her to get her to stop taunting the dalek that showed up, since that was fan-made, rather than a commercial replica, and therefore probably more likely to be easily breakable by Bunny.
Stop taunting the dalek or you can't go in the TARDIS.
Not a sentence you get to say a lot.
Arrived in time to catch most of the opening ceremony, then registered and went off to my first panel of the con - Swancon QI. Sat next to a young girl who was like 'yay! someone to talk to!' and she was from Northam and it was her first con and I was all set to adopt her and turn her to the dark side (a la

Then I went to the hotel's front desk to ask about day parking over the weekend and the girl was like, 'well actually, we're not advertising it but we've had a couple of cancellations, would you like to come and stay with us?'
