30 Rock - should I keep watching it?

I watched the pilot of 30 Rock today and it was funny but Alec Baldwin annoyed me. This is why I never want to know about celebrities personal lives.

I know it was nothing major in the scheme of things, but it was mean. I like my idols on pedestals - is that too much to ask?

I think I am a bit like that too.

Several actors have been 'ruined' for me because of their RL attitudes and/or antics. I won't list them, because ignorance is bliss.

Except to say, they make Alec Baldwin's meltdown quite excusable. I still like Alec Baldwin. I love his Saturday Night Live stuff...he can take the piss out of himself.
