Oh, brain.
I have not been getting enough sleep. Yesterday I fell asleep at the traffic lights while driving from seeing to my Grandma to driving to the hospital to see my Dad. I had been eating an apple to keep myself awake, but made the tactical error of putting it down for a minute. Luckily I drove past a BP/Wild Bean Cafe and was able to stop for a Fair Trade Mocha Frappe. Woke me right up :)
