haven't seen Grey's Anatomy, but then I don't like medical shows, so is there a compelling reason like Hugh Laurie? why I should watch it?

I don't usually watch medical shows either (I gave up on ER back in 1997), but both Scrubs and Grey's Anatomy are more character-driven than procedural and both include a lot of humor (although they are quite different in tone).

I watch House, too, though I have to cover my eyes a lot on that one.

Oddly enough, the most compelling reason I've found to watch is Katherine Heigl (http://swnevecampbell.tripod.com/Women/KatherineHeigl/KatherineHeigl01.jpg), who apparently pings the .00005 percent of me that's not entirely about dick. :)
